A message (Can’t preview an image) is displayed when I select a file to preview.

If many SNMP devices are connected to the same segment of network, automatic search will take a long time (approximately 10 seconds per device). “Find Printers/Scanners” takes a very long time on Android/Windows devices. Upgrade the OS of the device to the version that is supported by Sharpdesk Mobile (see the support web page) if it can be upgraded. Please check if OS version in your device is supported by Sharpdesk Mobile. Can’t download and install Sharpdesk Mobile in my device.
